Andrew is a Founding Partner of GrowthX. He has been in the technology sector since 1998, based in New York City, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Palo Alto. Andrew began his career in technology as a lawyer for the early Internet pioneers in Search (Alta Vista and Yahoo), AdTech (DoubleClick), SaaS (Salesforce) and others while practicing law. He left private practice at Skadden Arps to join DoubleClick leading up to the Google acquisition and then co-founded a financial news business at Thomson Financial leading to the Reuters acquisition. In Silicon Valley, Andrew was early at Guidespark, an employee communication SaaS startup, and BrightTalk, a content marketing SaaS startup. He then co-founded GoodMoney to democratize high-performance, values-based investing. During that “wonderful learning opportunity,” Andrew met his current partners and co-founded GrowthX.

Excited for next week and spending time with @Agoldner as part of @propelict program. His earlier session flipped the light on for me about an IIP (Ideal Investor Profile.) Can’t wait to glean more about how to approach investors in these times.

@agoldner is one of the VCs that truly want to have an impact on founders of color and women. Thank you for your tie and wisdom. Best advice today: have a mindset of abundance and not scarcity. Don’t be afraid to challenge the status quo. #Facts @growthxvc

Learning a lot from Sean Sheppard and Andrew Goldner from @growthxvc this morning at @spark_centre. Great insights on acceleration based on sales, product-market fit, solving real problems, sustainable transactional models, less “innovation theatre”, gov’t funding dependencies… pic.twitter.com/d4MxBAyQy9
